Vinification in red. The must is fermented in contact with the skins for about 8-10 days at a temperature of 22 – 25 ° C, in a steel container.
Intense red color tending to garnet, with violet reflections. Bouquet intense and persistent, slightly herbaceous with hints of raspberry and vanilla. Dry, harmonious, full flavor. Very persistent in the mouth.
Wine for roast or grilled meats. Ideal for salmì, braised meat and game. It goes well with filet, with fondue and with rabbit cacciatore. Excellent with aged cheeses.
