Ai Galli
About
For over 40 years, Ai Galli has sought excellence in wine by creating products that reflect noble values such as elegance, balance, and terroir. The Ai Galli vineyards are located between the Veneto and Friuli Venezia-Giulia borders. Grapes have grown successfully there since ancient Roman times. The estate is about 150 acres of carefully cultivated vines where the rhythm of nature is wholly respected. The vines grow in mineral-rich, predominantly clay soil, known as Caranto, which features a thin surface layer of calcium carbonate; prevailing evening winds lower the temperature to create a distinct contrast to those of the day; and rich water reserves are all factors that help make Ai Galli grapes an excellent starting point for crafting fine wine.
