Divus is our first wine and our first label.
The grapes come from the oldest vineyards of the winery where the tendone method is used.he grapes are destemmed and the pressing starts off the rack-and-return process in stainless steel vats.This is followed by pumpower and fermentation.
The wine then ages in stainless steel vats, the aging process continues once the wine is transferred to 20 hl barrels from 2009 and barriques from 2007 for about one more year.
Some notes: intense ruby red colour.Elegants hints of red fruit jam, liquorice and black pepper. Tannin and acidity. Approximately 15.000 bottles are produced.
