Pierpaolo Pecorari and his family have been organically farming in the hills of Micro Terrazzo, in the far northeast of Fruili for generations. With near perfect soil the the fortune to be situated in between the alps and the Adriatic Sea, together they make complex wines, extremely pleasant to drink and great when pairing with food.
Vinification: Maceration on skins for 20 days in stainless steel at controlled temperature of 26-28 degrees Celsius with frequent and regular delestage. Aging takes place partially in oak (500 liters) and in stainless steel for about eight months and then six months in the bottle before release.
