Grapes used: Cannonau with sugar 20/22° minimum Babo.
Vinification: The vinification in red with maceration at a temperature of 26-28°C for a preriod ranging from 6 to 8 days. After vinification and first processing, the new wine is transferred into where the win for other 8/10 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: Garnet red color with violet reflections. Perfume with typical characters of red fruits. Dry a and medium-bodied. Serve at 16-18° C.A
