Vinification method: the grapes are de-stemmed, soft pressed and subsequently fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. The maceration lasts 16 days.
Ageing method: ageing takes place in 5 hl French barrels for 12 months, followed by at least 6 months of bottle ageing

This wine is wonderfully balanced, offering generous fruity aromas. The tannins are fine, the bouquet is elegant and enticing.This soft Vino Nobile can be drunk after several years.
