THE CELLAR

Vinification method: the grapes are de-stemmed, soft pressed and subsequently fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. The maceration lasts 16 days.
Ageing method: ageing takes place in 5 hl French oak barrels for 18 months, then in wooden barrels of 30/50 hl, followed by at least 6 months of bottle ageing. resh and concentrated, with notes of black currant and cherry, hints of licorice, tobacco and spice. Wonderfully balanced.
