Chardonnay Venezia DOC

After soft pressing of the grapes, the must is left to ferment for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C in the presence of selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is kept until bottling in special steel containers.
Straw yellow color when young, slightly more loaded with aging. Fine and elegant wine with a delicate and characteristic scent that recalls above all the golden apple. The taste is composite, noble, harmonious and persistent.
A wine with a thousand uses, excellent as an aperitif, it is a perfect match for dry soups and broth, light fish dishes.
