GRAPE VARIETAL
100% Barbera. A native Piedmont grape which in the lower Langa is characterized by excellent colour concentrations and good acidity, with an excellent fruity component and good capacity for ageing.

HARVEST
Late September, manual

WINE MAKING
Manual harvest, after the stalk removal and pressing the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (30°C) in steel tanks. The duration of maceration is 7 days. The malolactic is completed in December.

REFINEMENT IN WOOD
30 hectolitre oak barrels from Slavonia.

CLARIFICATION
Egg white-gel bentonite

CHARACTERISTICS
Intense red in colour, the bouquet is distinguished by aromas of mature red fruits and the taste is full and delicately tannic. It is an eclectic wine of medium body.
