It is a sweet wine, excellent for desserts. Recioto is obtained through an accurate grape selection. Grapes are let wither for 5 months. The colour is a deep ruby red and the smell is fruity. The taste is soft and balanced with cherry notes. It is an excellent wine for typical Veronese desserts. Serving temperature 16-18°C, uncorking the bottle one hour before drinking.
